Air Intelligence installed a three way split system in my house over a 2 day period, I am delighted to say the standard of work is second to none... with all pipe runs clipped neatly and protected with trunking. The installers where fantastic, we have a 7 month old baby and where very understanding of her nap timings early in the morning before my wife left for the day. Excellent service.. I have used this company on a number of occasions to replace old units in our shops and each time they have given me exemplary... service, they are flexible with their options savings our organisations a significant amount of money, and this meant I could tackle more units than just the one that I initially went to them for replacement. The process for booking in a time for the work has been seamless, they turn up on time were professional and knowledge, got the job done exactly as said, cleared up and offers a reasonable aftercare package so that the units are now being serviced to a high level. Installation of Panasonic air con unit to the master bedroom. The job was carried out in a thoughtful, professional manner exactly as specified and... quoted by Air Intelligence. I waited before writing the review to see how well the 3.5 Kw unit performed in the hot weather in June and subsequently during the sunnier days. It takes a short while to bring the temperature down in the large south facing room to an acceptable level for sleeping, at say 18.5*. However by programming with the remote to come on an hour or so earlier and switch off at say 6am the temperature will stay constant all night. The swing function on the split unit creaks a bit in the night, so we don't use it. The unit its self is remarkably quiet . The noise from the exterior part of the system is also unobtrusive. The added bonus of being able to use the heating function on cool mornings is brilliant. We are very pleased with the performance of this Panasonic FE Floor Mounted Nano-e air conditioner and the installation service provided by Air Intelligence. We originally thought the price was on the high side but having now experienced the result think this whole exercise has been very good value for money. AJCread more

From start to finish the experience was first class. We were walked through options that were right for our house (and how we live there) and given a... couple of systems to chose from. The installation was excellent and far less messy and invasive than we thought. And was also a lot quicker than we thought which was a bonus. The equipment is simple to use and allows us to use heat (or cooling) only in the rooms we are in as opposed to the whole of upstairs or downstairs. That has to be good. All round a really good job. An organised team who were easy to deal with and knew what they were doing. The Panasonic selected seemed to be missing a step on the WiFi guide... however now a big problem. I have no doubt this will get sorted very soon. The engineer also double checked with me about the pipe run that we had discussed and so it came out as expected. Air Intelligence got off to a good start as the only company we spoke to who said the VAT rate would be only 5% - not sure if the others intended... pocketing the extra 15% or just don't know their business. We received four quotes in total with the highest more than three times that of Air Intelligence (all for equivalent kit). This installation was done on the promised date in a professional and courteous manner and included vacuum cleaning and rubbish removal after completion; every aspect of the installation was discussed and agreed before any work started and even included routing some pipes the long way round to ensure we could still store hat boxes on the top shelf of a built-in wardrobe! Four internal and four external Panasonic units installed - Air Intelligence the only company to confirm that this was cheaper than a single external unit with the added benefit that each unit could run off our domestic ring main (providing a 30 amp feed would have added considerably more cost due to the need for building work). Altogether an excellent job at a very competitive price and worthy of a full and unambiguous recommendation.read more

Peter and his team did an epic job of installing neat, smart conservatory air conditioning. He really listened and gave me a choice of systems and... explained all the built in smart features, and made the quotation process clear and easy. We went for a 5Kw Panasonic split system. On the day it was fitted, the installing engineer was a real pro and was really understanding of me being a bit of a picky customer at times (and did a proper clean up too). Really enjoying getting the room back as a usable space instead of the sauna it used to be, (previously at about 40 degrees C).
