25 YEARS experience: We have been installing Air Conditioning systems and complex HVAC systems across all commercial sectors for over 25 years. We have a reputation for technical expertise in our field, with a strong ability in system design meaning our installations are smooth and to plan with little disruption to the on site business.
Even with our vast experience, there are no two buildings the same. So our air conditioning and HVAC systems are always matched to the specific requirements of every individual premise. Because we have considerable experience with a large number of quality brands, we have many options available to us so that we can recommend the exact match for your air conditioning installation.
Generally, a smaller business is more flexible, while larger businesses, or those with wider ownership or more formal structures, will usually tend to be organized as corporations or (less often) partnerships.
Air Conditioning Project Management
That’s why every air conditioning installation is project managed by the same person from beginning to end, leaving you to focus on running your business.
Project Plan: We will agree a project plan with you that minimises disruption to your business. If the air conditioning installation needs to be done out of hours, we can arrange that. If you have planning considerations, we can help here also.
Health & Safety: We take health and safety very seriously and have an exemplary record. All projects are risk assessed prior to commencement. This is fully documented together with comprehensive method statements.
Commissioning: All air conditioning installations are comprehensively tested and a commission report produced. You will get a copy of this along with an operating and maintenance manual (O&M) to guide you through your new system.
Approved Air Conditioning Installer
Our installation team has significant experience with a wide range of brands, each having their specific installation requirements.
F-Gas: All our installers are F-GAS certified, which is now a prerequisite for all air conditioning engineers working with refrigerant gases (EC Regulation 842/2006 and the GB 
Fluoridated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2009 ). We only install air conditioning systems with ozone friendly gases.
3-5 Years: When your air conditioning installation has been completed, we offer preventative maintenance agreements and full after sales support backed by up to 36 and 48 month manufacturers warranties.
If you take out our air conditioning maintenance contract at the time of installation we will guarantee the equipment for three or five years (depending on manufacturer), provided the air conditioning maintenance is kept up to date throughout the three year period. The contract will make sure your air conditioning units run at peak performance and save you money on the running costs.
